Type of activities performing:
•Welcoming and respecting our clients and visitors and helping them to feel at ease.
• Answering phone calls and giving general support and guidance.
• Registering all calls and signposting those that are of an urgent nature to the Manager of the Service
• Recording and managing appointments and referrals
• Taking messages and forwarding them to Staff and Volunteers.
• Providing accurate and up to date information to relevant parties.
• Learning how to manage contact with the media.
• Input into publications, reports and monitoring.

Whilst on duty at the office you will be expected to adhere to a strictly code of professional boundaries whilst in contact with employees, volunteers and clients within the organisation as well as with other professionals of various statutory and non-statutory institutions contacting or visiting us.
