
Information about our helpline
Our confidential helpline operates from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. However, we only answer calls on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Outside these hours, we handle other aspects of support, such as returning calls, responding to urgent messages, and collaborating with other professionals.
Important!
- Our helpline does not provide emergency assistance.
- If you or your children are in immediate danger, please call 999 immediately.
- Once you are safe, contact us using the numbers available on our website.
- If you are unable to reach us, leave a message or email info@opoka.org.uk — we aim to respond within 2 working days.
If you call outside of helpline hours:
- If you call outside of helpline hours or are unable to connect, you can leave a message on our 24-hour answering machine.
- Please leave a phone number only if it is safe to do so.
- If you are already an Opoka client, please use the number 0117 427 0012 to contact your support worker directly.
- Support workers are available from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. If they are unavailable, you can leave a message or send an email.
- In emergency situations or for urgent medical assistance, please call 999.
