We accept referrals from both individuals and organisations. If you are referring yourself for support, your referral form will be directed to the appropriate service, and a member of our team will contact you within 72 working hours.
All information you provide will be handled confidentially and stored securely. We will not share your details with any third party unless we are legally required to do so, or if there is a risk of harm to you or someone else.
If you are a professional submitting a referral on behalf of a client, we may get in touch with you for additional information or to update you on the outcome of the referral. All referrals are carefully assessed and prioritised based on the level of need and risk identified.
