Anna Woźniak is an independent social worker operating across the United Kingdom, specialising in supporting families and individuals through challenging life circumstances.

She has extensive experience within the UK social care sector, having worked in statutory services, charitable organisations, and as an independent practitioner. Her mission is to create a safe and supportive space for meaningful conversations, provide crisis intervention when needed, and help people rebuild their lives with dignity and peace.

Guided by values of empathy, cultural understanding, and a holistic approach, Anna offers one-to-one consultations, crisis support, and collaborates with local institutions and schools. She also leads Women’s Circles in High Wycombe and serves as a director at The Green Grain Limited.
