Margo Field

Margo has a rich blend of experience spanning education, personal development and community/team building. A qualified teacher and single mother of two, she moved to the UK over 23 years ago, where she completed her studies and built her life.

She currently works as a teacher and partner with Utility Warehouse, which enables her to support her family while empowering others to save and earn extra income. Deeply inspired by thought leaders such as Robin Sharma and Mel Robbins, Margo brings to Opoka a strong belief in personal growth and leadership as tools for transformation.

As a trustee, she represents the lived experience of Polish women navigating life in the UK. She connects with Opoka’s community through lived experience and a heartfelt desire to help others reclaim their strength and autonomy.
